Return & Change of Mind Policy - Keepn' It Country

We want you to love your Keepn’ It Country purchase. Please read our policy carefully before requesting a return or exchange.

1. Change of Mind

We accept change-of-mind returns within 14 days of delivery provided that:

  • Items are unworn, unused, and unwashed

  • Tags are still attached

  • Items are in original condition and packaging

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns.

2. Exchanges

If you require a different size or item, please contact us first to confirm availability. Exchanges are processed once the original item has been received and approved.

3. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order

  • Include photos and your order number

We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or personalised products

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection of the returned item.
