How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Standard Australian delivery usually takes 3–10 business days after dispatch depending on your location.
 
Will I receive tracking?
Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
 
What size should I order?
We recommend checking our size guide before purchasing. If you’re between sizes, we generally suggest sizing up for a relaxed country fit.
 
Do you offer exchanges?
Yes. We offer exchanges on eligible items within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unworn and in original condition.
 
Can I return an item if I change my mind?
Yes. Change-of-mind returns are accepted within 14 days. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
 
What if my item is faulty or incorrect?
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos and your order number. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
 
Do you restock sold-out items?
Some of our pieces are limited releases. Follow us on social media to be the first to know about restocks and new drops.
 
Can I change my order after placing it?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact us ASAP and we’ll do our best to help.
 
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship within Australia only, but international shipping may be available in the future.
